Long wait (about one hour) to determine if store would buy back an item. Only received $2.98 in store credit for the item.

They have many stuffs nice. But when I bought a puzzle, three pics are missing, so I couldn't buy any puzzle because I am not sure if there will have missing pics.
Yes, you fill a bin and take it to the counter and they give you a number to watch on a screen. When that appears, you return to the counter and they give you the option of McKays credit or cashback. Cashback is about half the credit.

Well, the late 1900's you say? The quickening has begun even now in the early 2000's. But beware because there can only be one. But probably should not bring weapons to McKay's may make people uncomfortable
I went there last week and didn't see any. I think they don't have a constant stock of them. Best bet for amiibos is to check store availability on Gamestop website or even Amazon, but the price there starts around 30 bucks.
They do not take most used text books if written in or pages taken out, it is worth a try though I always look at their we do not take list on their website before bringing a haul of stuff to them each year.
Is there a direct number to speak to an associate? I’ve call and there’s no option to speak to an associate

Unfortunately Natalie F. There is no direct number to speak to anyone they want you to leave a message but no one ever returned my calls so when I was visiting I went in person. What's your question?? I'm pretty familiar with both McKay's if I can help I will do my best
I am considering selling my photo equipment. Professional studio. Sinar view camera, Broncolor lighting. Fiber optic lighting. Hazy Light. Numerous other stuff. Are you interested?
I wouldn't have any idea since I'm just a customer myself. The best way is to actually go up there and browse! NOT only might you find what you are looking for.. usually I locate MANY more things than I could have ever dreamed of.. hahaha! Or suspected 😉😉👌👌👌
Do y'all take a Sony psp hand held game without the charger? And I got 2 camera without the charger will y'all take them

I would seriously doubt THAT they would take anything that doesn't already work. I.E. have a complete capacity to be charged. I'm not an employee of the store. Just have sold stuff to them before so I know they are pretty picky about the condition of the merchandise that they do accept. I hope my information is helpful. If you are in doubt, you are always welcome to carry your products up there and be rejected! I've carried lots of my old stuff to them and had it turned down..so it doesn't hurt my feelings one darn bit! I'm a big girl.. winky face 😉😉😉😁😜!!
They pay fairly for items and offer you even more value on store credit. It's a great way to watch/read new things constantly without breaking the bank! I'd def recommend.
Do you accept former library books? Thanks and be well!

Lexi Lockhart | Sep 16, 2021
Kitty Allred-Hodgin | Sep 16, 2021
They have a large collection of Funko pops, especially previously owned ones that are just in a clear bag without identification. They have some rare ones behind the counter

There's alot of Great options there and you possibly could find a lot of different items of choice just depending on what they have in stock I can say it would be one of my top go to's and find out because they surprise me every time and just in case I dont work there Thanks in advance GOD BLESS!!!
Im Sure they'll probably take them. But Can't guarantee how much you'll get for them. If they have an over abundance of them, they may not. Best thing to do is just to go in there and see what they'll give you.
Do you have a copy of University of Destruction by David Wheaton?
Thanks

You have to go out and look there business is so large they no longer do independent searches for books but if you go out there they will do a help you look for it 😁
I MUST say that your notion of service to the customer is no more than that of the cockroach to the whelt from which it snatches an immediate bite....then vermin you are....enjoy...

Are you the cockroach?
Is there a copy of Gesenius Hebrew and Chaldee lexicon in stock?

D Wilcox | Sep 17, 2019
I'm not sure, I highly doubt it, but you can always call them. There is a really copy of it on Amazon.
Yes. They check for resell value, condition of cards (the best brings most amount) and how hard to find the items you're selling are to acquire. Good luck!
Edward McKay purchases items of all types, electronics, collectables, book, dvds. Video games. They may deal in what you are suggesting. Best thing to do is go check them out. Lots nice finds. My kids look at going there as a form of entertainment.
You need to call the business to ask this question
Google guides are not necessarily associated with a business in question....
I know that decisions to purchase merchandise are often based on the condition of the merchandise and whether or not there may be similar. Items in stock. I also know that the only real way to be sure if they will purchase an item is to take it to the store in question. No one can guarantee results in any other manner. Rosemary is correct about the phone....but unless I've missed the point if we aren't employees there we can't make guarantees for the business
You drop your books off at the counter and a store representative evaluates them and then they'll post your call I.D. up on the board so you know when theyre done. You can browse the store until you see your name pop up, or you can just come back within the window they give you. You can accept cash or store credit, obviously the second is going to work out to a higher value. They'll also tell you the breakdown of what each book was worth in case you'd rather keep it, or if they don't want certain copies
if you call and they say you have to just come look yourself, please don't think they are being snippy. They don't have an inventory list so to find something they have to physically walk to the section and look around. Most times they are simply too busy to be able to do so.
I'm looking for the Dark Tower series. Do you have a set? It will be a gift.
James Walls | Sep 17, 2018
Mathew Henson | Sep 17, 2018
The last time that I was there I saw books from the Dark Tower series, but I don't know if they had them all or not. It's also possible that they have the full collection up front. If not, I'm sure you could piece them together.
Yes. They have a lego table and you can fill up a quart size plastic bag with bricks of your choice for like $7 or $8. Minifigs are for sale near the registers and their prices vary but start at about $4
you will have to go there to look. I have tried calling to ask about things and was told they don't keep an inventory file so the only way to find out about something is to go there yourself and check.
They do have Elie Wiesel books, but it just depends on availability. It's not guaranteed that they will have them one day to the next as it is depends on demand vs. what people bring in to sell to McKay's.
