If you need a place to store your belongings, this is the place to do it!! It's safe, secure and perfectly located as you enter the sweet town of Paradise, CA. I've been with this storage company almost 10 yrs and they've only raise my rent $15 once. That, in itself is such a gift to me as I watch the prices of everything skyrocket around me!! I've never had any problems with them. In fact, everyone is super friendly and willing to help whenever. I've never been robbed or heard of robberies there where as, this has been an issue at other storage companies in the past. I'm very happy with Five Star Mini Storage and believe you will too!

Five Star survived the fire. I opened my storage unit last weekend and the smoke wasn't bad. Haven't been able to reach anyone by telephone at the storage unit. UPDATE: They're open!! The phone lines are down so the only way to reach them is to go in person.
UPDATE! I drove down there and they were in the office. Their phone lines are out and their ATM/Credit machines don't work because of this, but they said they've been in the office since Monday. YAY!!
Storages are standing. Mine had smoke but not bad. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone from the storage facility yet. UPDATE: The storage is open and the ladies are in the office. Phone lines are down so you have to go there is person if you want to speak to them.
You can go now. The phone lines are down so you can't reach them or pay for anything with an ATM/Credit Card, but they're in the office if you go in person.
I was wondering the same thing...their buildings are metal surrounded by pavement. They may have survived. I think Black Bear Diner is next door...did they survive?
I totally agree; hopefully they go back to regular 7am -9pm hours soon since winter is over!
