Overall— great, relaxing stay. Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk was very friendly when checking us in. Super helpful. Free parking and free wi-fi! The room was extremely clean. The bed was so comfy, we ended up purchasing our own set of sheets from them. There were no noise disturbances at night. Breakfast was 6-10am, lots of variety of food and drinks. Enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee. The check out process was very easy and smooth. Every staff member we encountered was respectful, helpful, and kind. Will definitely return and recommend to others

Thalia, the manager at the front desk was the best: so friendly, helpful and accommodating! She assisted us with last minute reservations and made it so easy with great communication. Rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest we have ever experienced, even compared to 4 star hotels we also stayed at during our stay.

While the staff was very friendly and the hotel/rooms very clean and covid conscious, the beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I have back issues so I am used to dealing with uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, however these mattresses were beyond compare. Even my friend who has no back issues to date felt like she woke up with bed sores and needed to self medicate. It was more than just not being able to sleep, it was being in constant pain throughout the night that made this a memorable stay, and not in a good way.

We stayed in the handicapped room 230, it had a king bed and was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were so nice! The continental breakfast was delicious, better than black bear diner! We will be back!
