My husband and I purchased an LG refrigerator on 10/29/2018 from the Home Depot in Turlock, CA. The refrigerator stopped working less than 4 years after the date of purchase (from 10/29/2018 to 07/05/2022), and was declared unrepairable by a repairman. We were forced to purchase another refrigerator. W requested a refund from LG Electronics. They agreed to send us a refund. After many phone calls and e-mails to LG over a period of 3 months we have still not received the refund promised to us. We have been jumping through "hoops" to get this promised prorated refund (a letter from LG). Unbelievable!!! DO NOT BUY LG....anything!!! They do NOT stand behind their products! I am hoping Home Depot steps in and assists us, since we bought the refrigerator from them. Home Depot has ALL the communication between LG and us.....

You have to also consider the fact that they get people who almost always steal from them. Now weather the approach was right or wrong or even how you took the accusation is a different issue. To me it sounds wrong, but I wasn't there and customer is presumably always right. I couldn't say.
