Francis St DVM in High Point - I just transferred my TX DL to a NC DL, and my experience was wonderful. The lovely lady who assisted me (and my girls) check in and the amazing lady who handled my new NC DL were so genuinely kind and made the process easy, and they did it with a smile. THANK YOU! Also the others patrons did not look like "folks who have been in jail" as another person posted.

There’s a bald short black military man that works here, he’s extremely rude. At first I thought maybe it was because of his military background, but I have family who served that don’t act rude. I think it maybe short man syndrome. Regardless he really needs to change job fields where he doesn’t have to deal with people though.

Plan to be there all day
I need a copy of my lost identity card
I was there yesterday and they only had enough staff to cover appointments. People without appointments had to wait outside in the cold, and very few got squeezed in. If you can wait, book online, or check surrounding area DMVs. I heard them say Asheboro was taking many more walkins.
I'll let you know tomorrow
The new deadline for the RealID that is valid on planes and travel across borders within the country is October 1 2021, it was originally October 1 2020, they extended it.
Yes Mr. Austin...they do.
Check the DMV website - you can probably do the change of address online for no charge. Renewal can also be done online but you'll pay the renewal fee.
Go online to the website and make a appointment at this dmv for your daughter ID NCREALID.gov
Question is confusing
You have to make an appt
Yes or No ?
I think you would send it to Raleigh office that's where I had to send mine but different circumstances so I would call and ask first if I were you just to make sure.
Yes till 5
$40.00, make and appointment. Some offices will NOT see you without one and if they do you will be waiting in between appointments for who knows how long.
You can renew it online if you don't mind keeping the same picture but I went a week ago & it didn't take long there wasn't a line outside that day thankfully
Yes , standard for DMV NC.
Go on line to the DMV and make an appointment to go in person.
Sign on door says appointments required.
Yes, for everything except registration
Yeah in Greensboro not highpoint
You have to contact your local DMV for information on changing your id for another state
I believe that you will just recieved your lisence ghen you will come back later to take the in car test
That I am not sure of and I won't wish to guess. Sorry Mya.
Just make an appointment... they won't even talk to you without an appointment. I think when I turned in my Fl license I just showed them my FL license and proof of address i.e. mail. And 10.00 dollars
Actually I think the plate office is up the road a bit. Someone was trying to drop them off when I was there and the lady told him to go up the road and he wouldnt have to make an appointment. Id call and double check.
Yes, by appointment only. Make appointments online at: www.skiptheline.ncdot.gov No road test at this time.
8am--4pm
A star on your license basically means it's official and more likely will be accepted by anyone. Without a star, will make it questionable and it's just not for NC. If you go to the DMV to do it, I believe it's automatic that you'll receive a star. I was given the option to have a star or not
To get license at adult age or any one should has to give eye test ...symbol identification and computer test after that you can earn learning permit . . . . After that you have to give driving test . . . . ! ! ! ! This are the procedures and driver must have insurance ....to get licensee ....! ! !

Bill of sale, the title, then she'll need to get liability insurance. After that go to the DMV to get proper plates and to change the title to her name. You'll pay vehicle taxes at that time also.
