The worst!! And let’s not even mention the office manager Kelly Martinez. She is so unprofessional will scream at you in your face or over the phone. When you tell her your heat or water isn’t working she states that’s not important. Her attitude is very poor and ugly. The roach infestation is incredible. This place is a dump!

Real Good

When I 1st moved into my apartment I had a infestation of roaches and ants but I was told about the ants but not roaches. My floor started cuddling up in my bathrobe and by my kitchen as will. Reported it but nobody fixed it because They said it was only temperature cents outlet weren't gonna fix it. The sink in the kitchen started Clogging up. The sink in the bathroom leaks from the hot water line and sometimes makes the toilet clogged up and the sing during slow and gets clogged sometimes.I tried the landlord about the problems an they have not sent anybody to fix anything in my apartment. And this has been going on for about a year or more. When I went to give my 30 day notice to the landlord she asked why was I moving. I tell her about the problems in my apartment and she said ,did I report It's and I told her yes and I proceeded to tell her that has been going on for a while now she said did reported it to the old landlord I told her yes and I have reported it to you as well. While I'm sitting here telling her what's going on all she could say are you sure you want to move we are remodeling the apartments. There has been no remodeling you have any apartment no fixing of problems that I have gone on in my apartment now so what makes you think that I want to still stay in put up with this . I understand that these are based on income apartments but nobody wants to live like this. I have mold growing underneath my sink in the kitchen because I had to take the pipe a loose to drain my sink out. So I could not send you to use my sink in the kitchen and wash my dishes and stuff that I need to do when the kitchen is that are doing it all in my bathtub. No one wants to live like that especially when they're paying almost Average price rants for a 3 bedroom apartments.

T-Money Racks

Worst apartment complex I have ever seen and stayed in. I would never recommend anybody to move in these apartments. The floors in the living room and kitchen are completely falling in. Kitchen sink is all busted and shoots water all over the kitchen counters and floors. It's impossible to wash dishes without having to clean up pools of water everywhere. Next the bathroom sink has absolutely no water pressure... And when I do turn it on guess what it does....IT LEAKS 😒 The floors in the bathroom are falling in. Both the front door and back door have about 2 inch gaps that let cold air in. Let's not forget to mention the roaches that are infesting these apartments and yet I have yet to see a bug man. Oh yeah that's right we got a newsletter stating if you have bugs it's your responsibility to get rid of them on your own Yet in these government owned property you receive a form stating if you have roaches let the land lord ms.troxler know and it will be taken care of. And lastly how is it okay for some people to have 2 or more dogs and some people over here actually have dogs that bite people?? But when you have a note from a physician stating it's a necessity for you to have your animal due to mental conditions she threatened to kick me and my family out?! Absolutely disgusting. You only got 1 start because I could give you no stars and post.
