In encompass rehad in vineland. Before i stepped a foot in the door. I was called and told i would only be here about 2 weeks total, had not seen a dr for a evaluation. I had head trauma unable to use my whole left side. Had a previous injury in 2018 went to baccarach rehab center was never given such a notice the equipment i have is broken my hand should be up but the arm rest is broken so my hand is always dropping down which is part of the problem. The Dr's and people who run this place only care about charging ur insirance no getting you better

Ooo man we’re do I start when I got there I couldn’t walk I had not strength in my arms I was falling apart. But they sure fixed me they worked hard with me everyday. Everyone I mean everyone from the cooks to the cleaning crew, nurses, doctors, the physical therapists I mean everyone was so nice and polite to me.My first day I was feeling depressed and I didn’t want to be there but after a day or two I felt comfortable and extremely grateful to be at such an amazing place. Thank you all that work at Encompass Health I’m forever grateful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The most ignorant unprofessional staff. Case managers made you feel like you were bothering them. Nurses were rude and always made you wait for medication. Aides were even worst. Wait 45 minutes sometimes to get taken to bathroom. Awful Awful experience. Glad I'm home and alive. No thanks to them.
