I filled out the online forms when I booked my appointment and then filled out all the same forms again when I got to the office. There was a slight delay as I sat in the waiting room and then quite a bit of waiting in the work area. The x-ray machine didn't work so they moved me to a different room and started doing the x-rays all over again. Gina, the hygienist, and the doctor were both thorough and very nice. I felt comfortable with them and they shared lots of information with me. I have no hesitation regarding my next (already scheduled) appointment. I'm sure I'll get top-notch care.

i just had my first visit with aspen dental and i was very happy with their services. each of the staff was helpful, polite, and professional and i felt very comfortable and in good hands the entire time.

Went in with need for cosmetic tooth care. Came out feeling like my mouth was a mess with a $33,000 bill and trying to get me scheduled to start the cleanup before I left! Was told my cosmetic part would be a 4th or 5th focus as other stuff needed to be fixed first. Very clever marketing as they all knew what I was in for and that if they fixed my cosmetics part first I would probably not return for that price tag! TOTAL SCAM! So very disappointed but very eye-opening that a company like that can try to scam me worse than a car salesman. They put a new meaning into pushy and clever marketing. But unfortunately for them I will not return!!

Great experience. The energy is good. The team is excellent. Simplified process, tech that works to visually inform the patient what's happening in their mouth. Invited my family to switch dentists!!! Thank you Aspen Dental.
