They still have some covid protocols in place, so are limiting the number of people allowed in the building, and a little longer wait for service. But the employees are always great at this location. Very friendly and quick service once you get through the queue.

2 windows opened, over 20 ppl waiting. 2 employees standing in the back ground talking to each other when in fact they should be assisting. One of the two finally opened a window after everyone was starring at her. 90 degrees outside and NO air conditioning on inside the BMV. Next visit will be in Massillon where service is always good. This BMV needs to focus on the customer and not on chatting with each other.
