I would recommend the barn at cedar hill over and over again! This venue is so beautiful. It is quiet, peaceful and honestly magical. They quickly respond to emails, they walk you through each step, and their month of coordinator is so hard to beat for the price. Our coordinator, Lynsey, was so helpful!

Make sure that you review any contract very closely when dealing with The Barn at Cedar Hill. My wife and I had a wedding scheduled for June 20th 2020, TBCH was not able to carry out their obligation of hosting our wedding as stated in our signed contract. Rather than providing us with a full refund of our deposited money, we were provided an amended contract with options to select - none of which fulfilled our original agreement. Because pursuing legal action against TBCH would have cost more than our deposited money - we opted to receive 50% of our deposited money and walk away. We understand the COVID pandemic was hard on all business - especially our small business’s. That said, our experience with TBCH left my wife and I feeling cheated and robbed. I wouldn’t wish this same experience on anyone - especially newlyweds starting out their lives together. All and all, we made the best of a bad situation and got married at my mother in laws 3 acre lot, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect wedding. We would absolutely recommend exploring alternative wedding venue options such as family/friend home or property. It is much cheaper than a hosted venue, and far less restrictive.
