These guys are Amazing!! When I first called Adam about water damage from an upstairs neighbor he was there to take a look within 45 minutes! He was very professional and gave an estimate on the damages. He also gave me hope that I was able to get through this nightmare quickly! His senior advisor Brian is incredible! We love him !!! He was compassionate with my 91 year old parents and performed an excellent job. The apt was dried out and treated like they mentioned. There was slightly more work to do but that was expected once they opened up the ceiling and discovered the insulation was wet. I will call on this company to do work for me again! Thank you for guiding me during this difficult time of unexpected disaster. Your whole team was great !

The key to preventing mold growth is moisture control. There are many ways to achieve this including repairing leaks in your home—from walls, roof, gutters, plumbing pipes, etc., keeping indoor humidity at about 30-50%, ventilating appliances that generate moisture, getting your HVAC system inspected annually, cleaning gutters, and using materials such as mold-resistant paint.
Fires are mainly caused from dried leaves, faulty electrical wiring or equipment, unattended stoves and ovens, unattended candles, children playing with fire, flammable liquids, and careless smoking.
First, contact a water-damage restoration company, such as PuroClean Restoration Services, as soon as possible. Don’t wait, as water can cause mold and irremediable damage to the wood, walls, and carpet in your home. Then, contact your insurance company to start the claim process. If safe, shut off the utilities in your home to avoid further damage. Don’t enter your home if it has suffered structural damage. Don’t walk through floodwater if electricity hasn’t been turned off and to avoid contaminants.
