If I could give negative stars I would. I'd been talking to, planning, and waiting on a bed for a week. When we arrived for our appointment we were greated by a sour faced nurse who declared, before my uhusband even got out of the car that this was not the place for him. The website specifically states it treats dual diagnosis which I found out to be untrue. People seeking help need to go elsewhere. They turned out a good man who needed help Shame on you. P.S. You need to fire that nurse. She is the most rude and incommassinate person I have ever met.

I called around 8pm to let one of the patients there be informed that their mother in law passed away. I was told they do not deliver messages that they would have a nurse call me back. Guess what no call. Goes to show how much they care about you that they will not inform you of a family members death. What else would they possibly have to lose on top of that. Please make a better choice than here

Great place! They will help you get and stay clean, teach you about addiction and assist you in continuing your path to recovery once you leave. The staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ARCA as a first step to save your life.

ARCA is variable length program. Detox is 3 to 5 days. And treatment is usually 14 to 21 days.
You have to call them the night before or the morning of arrival. Changes daily
We do however use suboxone in our detox program. This is a residential program and lasts between 3 and 5 days. If someone has had suboxone from another facility in the past 30 days, then clients will NOT get suboxone again.

Also, tobacco only. You'd be surprised @ just how many that figured it'd be ok until they were informed that it wasn't.

Hi Robert. You should check out ARCA in Winston Salem. They have both detox and treatment. Good luck.
You can call home during the day.
In order for clients to stay focused on their recovery, visitation is not currently allowed.
As long as your attorney says she can get it continued if you are there when you supposed to be in court
