It’s pretty bad when you pay 1425 for an apartment and the heat that’s included doesn’t work!!! This has been a constant problem and it’s getting old now. Just fix the damn problem.! Extremely unsatisfied tenant.

Hi Trish. Thank you for your question. Here at Shorewood Apartments we only accept dogs that are certified service animals, or certified emotional support companions with up to date documentation. Thank you for your question! Unfortunately we can’t allow anyone to have a shed. You can put a small Rubbermaid storage container outside but it has to be on your patio area. Hope this helps. If you want to discuss this please give us a call at 401-232-3959.
Hi Samantha! We have no reports of bedbugs. Bed bugs are brought to the property from other places. At Shorewood Apartments we take the cleanliness of our apartments very seriously. Hi, thankyou for your question. I think you mean the back entrance to the property? No, we do not have a bed bug problem. The furniture near the dumpster is for bulk pick up / removal. When someone moves out and leaves furniture behind our team has to schedule a removal service to pick it up. It costs about $75 - $100 per item to use this service.
