I continue to have an absolutely terrible experience with Gengras Volvo North Haven. Most recently I’ve called numerous times to make a service appointment and keep getting transferred and hung up on. Finally spoke to someone who made an appointment but had to transfer me for the loaner info….guess what, hung up on again. Then I called back several times and just transferred to voicemails. Left a message no one returns a phone call. We have a 2021 XC90 and been having nothing but electronic issues that aren’t being fixed. Have a problem when I pull into a parking spot and when I shift to park the car shuts off. And not just the auto start/stop, the car shuts off and I have to turn the knob to start it. When this was brought up to service and my salesman I was told “you can turn the auto start/stop feature off to alleviate this issue”. High 60k car and this was the answer?? Got in the car yesterday and when I put it in drive and pressed the gas a few cups of water poured out from the sensor area behind the rear view mirror. Pictures are from after I wiped it up a couple times already. Don’t know where to go from here.
