I would give 0 stars if I could. Did not contact me ahead of time to say only half of my Macys couch would be delivered. Said they would call back in 24 hours about the other piece. It's been 12 days, they aren't even giving any information to Macys customer service who I've called 3x now. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OPERATION. oh and they charged me for the piece that wasnt delivered.

David and Alex did a great job. Placed the furniture appropriately and were careful getting in and out my townhouse. On time and even called ahead. They were also careful to wear their masks. Well done, Macy’s.

Alex and David were extremely polite and professional during the delivery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before leaving. The quality of Customer Service is a huge factor when deciding to purchase from a store again. This experience will steer me in Macy’s direction again.

David and Alex came to deliver two sofas for us today and were amazing. They even helped us by placing the felts on the bottom of the feet. We loved the furniture and they made sure we were set before heading out. Definitely 5 star service!
