Sabo's does good work. The snack sticks, summer sasuage and cube steak are spot on. Friendly service and quick turnover. Its nice to enjoy a hunting vacation and not have to process it myself. Call before you go. Can fill up during begining of rifle season.

We had Sabo's process our deer some was made into jerky at 12.00 per pound. Within a month all four lbs. were covered in white mold. We took it back and they refused to issue a refund or replacement. They said it was not their fault. FYI google white mold on jerky. It comes down to bad processing; leaving too much moisture in the meat.

Tammy and staff and customer service are outstandinbng! As for the comment giving a one star, I think thats a little harsh considering its not her desire to turn anyone away. If you know anything about the county she services, they are typically number one for deer harvesting in the state. Search around and find anyone else in the area who can process your deer and you'll probably have to do it yourself. Doug's in Augusta will chew you out just trying to ask a question, oh and they don't hang your deer anymore, so thats gonna taste amazing. If it were my boy and I, we'd throw a rope around a limb, and process us a deer. If we didn't know how we'd youtube and learn together. Part of hunting is the experience from beginning to end. I've used Sabo's the last three years, best price compared to anyone short of again doing it yourself. She should be charging $25-30 more per deer and she could get it easy. So I say THANK YOU TAMMY FOR TAKING CARE OF ALL THE COUNTY'S IN THE AREA. Our Freezer is full or will be after we pick up the four deer we've got hanging at your place. Here's to next year and knowing to call in advance. God Bless! J. Ford.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a try. My daughter (her deer) and I drove 45 min Friday night. We arrive at 7:30 and were turned away by who I'm assuming was the owner and said "sorry we're full". There was a small sign saying to call first but how would you know this if you're a first time customer and you are already there. How do you offer deer processing if you can't handle the load? My daughter was very disappointed.

Just give her a call. She is very nice and will let you know
Depends on what you get done. $25 to get one caped out. I think they will grind up cooler meat for $55. Deer sausage is about $2-3 a pound. Can't remember the rest.
