Not sure where to begin. All I have to say is that I had an amazing, smooth experience from beginning to end. After getting the run around from other Mazda dealerships (I'm looking at you Mazda of South Charlotte!!!) I finally found one that treated me as a valued customer. First off, speaking with Jimmy Grant was the best thing that could have ever happened. He listened to what I was looking for, asked all the right questions and gave me all the right answers. He is a no pressure, no BS kinda guy, very upfront and valued my time. I FINALLY ended up with a 2022 Mazda CX-5 of my choice and I could not thank him enough, everything went as smooth as silk. If anyone is in the market for a Mazda Jimmy is the guy you want to get in touch with!

Untrustworthy car dealership. Original lease had additional fees included, but I chalked it up to being careless. When I chose to purchase the vehicle, both the sales manager and sales coordinator had conflicting stories about why additional costs were included. Their stories didn’t match. Highly recommend going elsewhere for integrity’s sake.

UPDATE 2/7/22 - A while back I needed help with my car and went in person. Actually, I have now been there twice this year and Daniel has been super helpful. My experience in person has turned my review to a 5 star and I happy that I have a Mazda dealer less than two miles away from home! ❣️ Worst customer service EVER! I called 6 times in less than 3 mins could not talk to someone to schedule an oil change, voicemail is full and chat does not allow to schedule sooner than 48 hours. Is Mazda, service is expected to be a bit better ;(. This dealer is closer to my house but they will not see me there!
