I went in too visit a patient recently. We rang the bell for about 15 minutes with no response.Finally when she came to the door I told her who I was there see. She didn't give me a room number to the right and then left not very helpful.So as I went on in I ask at the next desk and they told me the number. As we walked down the hall I could see food on patients floors mine you it was 10:15 ish. Breakfast should have been down and cleaned up. Food was also mashed up in the hallways.I went into the patients room I was there to see slumped down in the bed head hanging over. No one was checking on anyone. A bunch of folk sitting at desk doing nothing as I could see. And the place reaked of urine my mask saved my nose. There are products that are made for that. There is no reason and facility should smell like that in 2022. Then off course we had to be buzzed out which took 6 minutes before anyone came up to the desk ridiculous as I had to stand in the front hall until I saw someone. The entire atmosphere is disgusting the way these seniors are living. And yes I have been in nursing facilities before and none smelled or looked this way. The urine smell was MAJOR
