I'm really thinking about switching to another company! This is ridiculous that they don't pick up recycling in Paddstowe subdivision in Wake Forest. Last time they didn't for 3 weeks now it has been over 2 weeks and they picked up one part and didn't go down Portmarnock Court in Wake Forest to get recycling from others. My neighbor just switched to Liberty and if GFL doesn't come today to get the recycling o Portmarnock Court I'm switching too! Soon the whole subdivision might go away from GFL. They just don't do their job!

ATTN JOCO: Do not use in Johnston County or Clayton area. ZERO stars! Terrible. Using them for a year. Price increase and service decreases. They rarely ever pick up recycling and they pick up trash whenever they feel like it. Some days they skip for 3-4 days and some weeks they don't come at all. Even when they do they leave trash in the can.

I thought I paid for my trash to be picked up, not pick up trash myself. Left trash on the ground and in the middle of the street. I called to make a complaint and got hung up on 3X. 2 different customer service representatives with an “I don’t care, that’s not my problem “ attitude. I called with a friendly, professional demeanor. And by the time I got hung up on 3X, I’m now looking for another trash service because GFL’s customer service is trash!
