Simone was a fantastic phlebotomist even though my veins didn’t make it easy on her for the blood draw! One less star for wait time at the facility even though I had an appointment I was seen about 15min after. Overall good experience though.

I’ve never been to a better place to get my blood work done. The staff and employees are AWESOME!! They go above and beyond to help make you comfortable and safe. I normally have a terrible experience when their trying to get a vein but once again this place found multiple veins when I’ve been to other places who couldn’t get one.

Went in, signed in, and 30 minutes later, got told to go home because they couldn't do any more draws. They asked me and about 20 others to make an appointment, and after standing at the counter with a person on the other side and no service for several minutes, I finally interrupted her typing to ask if I was in the right place to make an appointment. She pointed to a sign on the wall telling me I could only schedule online (take a pic with your phone and do it later.) I did. Then they sent a confirmation text. Next day, I tried to log in and couldn't find the text. Apparently, you can't sign in without the confirmation number, and there's no way to search for it even in their own sign-in system. They told me that if I didn't have it and couldn't find it, I could come back a third day after making another appointment, but otherwise I would be a walk-in and would probably not be seen due to a 2-1/2 to 3 hour wait. Very NOT helpful. I finally found the confirmation number and got signed in. The phlebotomist said he had no idea why the wait times were so long. If you can't serve a walk-in, and you can't be bothered to say hello,then tell the truth and say "serving online appointments only."
