My mom has been a resident at The Laurals of Forest Glenn in Garner for almost 3 years. We have been very pleased from day 1. The way the staff cares about their patients is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. If there is an issue with mom, I immediately get a phone call with an update. I’m so glad that we chose The Laurals and I highly recommend them for long term care and rehab.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t want to go into horrid details. There were a few people who really cared about my mom. Sadly she was also just a number and because they allowed her to fall out of bed (she couldn’t move due to a stroke) she hit her head and passed away a month later. I really think that’s part of what caused her death though I don’t have proof because she wasn’t taken to a hospital. She also had a horrible amount of bad bedsores. Just sad

My mother-in-law recently spent 3 months at the Laurels after hip surgery. The entire staff (nurses, therapists, administration, activities director, etc) did a beautiful job of caring for her. They were always attentive and gave her the dedicated help that she needed. Great experience.
