After waiting over a month for an appointment, I go into the service department this morning 09/12/2022 at 9:30 am and is treated so unempathetically by this guy who would not even give me the time of day. He acted like I was an imposition to his day. Not knowing the frustration I have been going through to get my vehicle checked, and neither did he care. The vehicle is under my husbands name Brian Jowers. I just want to say you sir are terrible at your job and you should be replaced and soon.This dealership, service department especially has to be one of the worst there is. Terrible service . We bought our Jeep from here and every time we end up at this repair shop it is always the same. Terrible service. The vehicles are low grade, the service and the dealership.

Service department is a absolute joke. Been having an issue on my jeep I needed to get checked out so made the earliest appointment they had available (2 weeks). Got there for them to tell me it's going to be 5 days before they can even look at it.....Turns out the appointment is "To just talk to an advisor" - Really, two weeks just to tell you the same thing I told you when U scheduled the appointment.....Really
