I was in store shopping recently and things have changed in the last week. Butch was extremely helpful and friendly. Tell him thanks again.

Had a HORRIBLE experience here yesterday. As I was looking at the books here in the back of the store, I suddenly heard screaming. Every customer in the store all stopped and turned their attention to the register. The employee was screaming at a lady that was trying to use a clothing voucher for her purchase. The employee yelled at her so forcefully that she was not allowed to use a clothing voucher on the weekend and she was not allowed to come to the front of the store. This poor lady was visibly embarrassed by this inhumane treatment. The customer behind her paid for her few items for her. The employee at the register should be trained on how to be empathetic and treat people like humans.

No
Yes they do.
Im not sure but on maps there is a phone number to call
It is both the Salvation Army thrift store and a donation drop off site. Donations are taken on the side of the building. Just pop in and let them know you have things to donate first.
They accept. Don't know if they have pick up. Habitat for Humanity will pick up furniture.
No
I tried to donate ours. I called and was told they no longer accept pianos.
No
Another company that will pick up donations is the Barnabas Network. 336-370-4002. They come to your house pick it up then GIVE away the items to needy families for FREE.
No but you have to go during business hours. You're not allowed to drop things when no one is there.
Yes they do. They are sanitized and wrapped in heavy plastic. If the store you go to does not have any, they will let you know which store does. Ive bought two mattresses and have been happy with them.
If you're asking about the store on Church Street, they can arrange to pick things up for you. Just call them and arrange a time
