Very, very poor customer service and phone etiquette. I am moving to the area and was inquiring about pricing. They were rude and acted extremely suspicious that I was calling(?). Their website says call for pricing. They refused to give even a general pricing estimate and told me to go to their competitiors. It is a shame they do not have a better system for handling business inquires as it makes it impossible to do business with them.
