The owner of this store wife was unprofessional, unskilled, rude and when she tried to fax my paperwork she snatched it out of the tray because she forgot to input front and back. By snatching by paperwork out the tray she tore and crumbled my mother’s original DEATH CERTIFICATE! She didn’t apologize but try to hide it with the rest of the other papers. Disgusting behavior!!!!

If I could give this location an F - I would..There is an older gentleman there and a middle aged curly hair woman working at this Hardscrabble Location. RUDE RUDE RUDE 😒..its ridiculous how they treat customers..if you wake up with a nasty attitude stay home or find a new job..period!

The older man was VERY rude making snarky comments. I did an online order for document prints thinking it would be ready which was fine that it was not. My issue was his attitude. He was very rude during our entire interaction. I will NOT be returning to this UPS store. 0/10 recommend

It's one thing to be SLOW but to be SLOW and RUDE is unacceptable!! Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS!
