Oh! I love their French vanilla iced coffee. We had a hard time ordering. They were out of out of several things I like to order.

Wow. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. We came to this Dunkin' at 11:30 on a Sunday. It was not busy. We used the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of us and it took us around 8 mins just to get to the speaker to order. The lady then asked us to hold on a moment. We then sat for another 10 minutes with her not acknowledging us, even when my fiancé said hello multiple times. She finally got back on and said one moment, and it took another 5 minutes for her to take our order. When we finally pulled around the other two cars were still in line waiting for their order!! We're still in line as I type this, it's coming on 30 minutes but the way the drive thru is set up, we're unable to get out. We're literally stuck in this Dunkin' drive thru line. The worst, slowest experience ever.

I am Dunkin... this one is hit n miss at times... i order the same drink every time n i can definitely tell when different people are on shift... but they are friendly n efficient just not consistent
