I have been staying here from Dec 2021 til Current. It is Under New Management & are Changing the Name. They have updated a lot of things, Power, Storm Drains, Security. The Owners that had it before did NO upgrades. Still NO pool, but with the cost to fix it up to Code & Safety, I don't blame them. Have Security Gates up to keep the Drugs out. Office Manager, "Jacki' is Awesome. Very Friendly and Goes out of Her way to Help. I would hate to see this Place without Her.

Tara(Office Management) backed my 36’ travel trailer into its slot. I’m very grateful for the help because I was struggling! Also, the site is very clean and maintained.

The new management is definitely upgrading the community it does look a lot better. However, there is trash all over the grounds especially the mobile home area. No littering signs should be posted through the park. I do believe this would help people to stop residents from throwing the garbage on the ground it makes part look very trashy. And please make sure that people take care of their pets by not leaving them outside and on a leash or in a chain fence unattended it is against the law in Newtown.county. beware of pit bulls and other dogs running loose around the community until the new management addresses all this

Please be aware this park is undergoing renovations, and they are doing everything they can to make this place better. I have been here over a month and I must say management is amazing, and as long as you follow the rules and just ask if your not sure this is a great place. B section does flood, it is also right next to the yellow river so keep that in mind. I see so many reviews downing this place, but its not bad. Yes it's full of live in locals, but that should be a plus to visitors who don't know the area. I have yet to use the showers, but the Laundromat is not bad, plus you can use your card instead of toting change around.
