Service here is slooooooooooooooooooooow. When I order in Chicago, near my apartment, service is freaky fast! False advertisement :( I love Jimmy John's but I won't be ordering from this location again. I order Jimmy John's all the time but will die of starvation waiting around on them.

I ordered for a Delivery about 8 minutes away, and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food to arrive, and my drink was incorrect. I don't suggest ordering for delivery.

Once ordered and called them after 30 minutes asking about the status of my delivery and they tell me they ran out of bread. My break was over and I had to go the rest of my day without foodWe are sorry for your experience, that’s not how we roll.
