my mom had to return an online order because we accidentally ordered the wrong thing. employee we first dealt with was very kind, even though she made a mistake on the refund. waited 20 minutes for the manager to come over (she was completely ignoring the employee) and when she did come over she belittled the employee, who clearly wasn’t taught how to do it correctly in the first place. then the manager proceeded to be rude towards my mom because my mom did not want to purchase anything else, but just wanted her refund instead of store credit. we felt terrible for the original employee, the manager was absolutely terrible. i would be embarrassed if i were her superior and saw not only how she treated her own employees but the customers as well. we will not be giving any of our buisness to buy buy baby in the future.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. There was a traveling system I wanted but my online order was canceled and I was notified that the manufacturing company didn't know when or if the system would be available in the color I wanted in the near future. This store had it on display and willingly let me purchase with a discount! They also helped me put everything in my car. Thanks to all that help!

From the owner... "At buy buy BABY, babies and parents are always our top priority" maybe it's the changing times and growing laziness of Americans, but a store catering to babies and parents ought to have a nursing section, geared toward mothers' needs in particular. Shame
