It is a homeless outreach they have Bible study and try to uplift the downtrend and supply a whole bunch of food to homeless and needed people

This place Is horrible they have no organization skills they make you wait wait too long for free food they had a whole pile of diapers and they didn't want to give me any for my children it was really crazy there actually stingy and they're supposed to be giving this stuff out for free wow
