When me and my former church went, we went to serve food. From what I saw you don't need anything they serve warm meals everyday from 11-12. I have also seen people bring Tupperware and was able to take extra home if there was food left after everyone was served. If you go in you could ask the staff or volunteers. They will be happy to answer your question.
This address is for the Soup Kitchen. No requirements to receive a hot meal. Lunch is served daily from 11am-12pm. Just show up, no questions asked.
