This location is the best location in the area from western suburbs to south west suburbs to the city! When you call you actually talk to someone at the bank not the 800 number. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help me with any questions. Truly the best location their customer service is top notch!

Do not bank here. You have been warned. No service, unfriendly staff and unwillingness to help in any way. Went to open an account at this branch and was told go home and use my mobile phone to open the account online. WHAT???? Go to the Westmont location for friendly service.

This a complete worthless bank. They will hold your checks like its 1935. A payroll check non the less .. for a thousand dollars they are holding it for 10 days. Meanwhile I have no money to live . First Midwest bank is much better in Chicago area they only hold for 1 day like a normal bank.

My husband went into this bank today in hopes to open a business account. The main purpose of this account was to hold the funds my husbands business received from the SBA loan to be able to track all expenses properly. This was all explained to the manager while going through a series of questions he had for my husband. This would not be my husbands first business account, just the first one with this bank so we are familiar with how things should work when opening a business account. We’ve been doing this for nearly 5 years without a single problem. The manager Jake Tablante was the one who was suppose to assist my husband in this. From the very start, his whole attitude was negative/poor. We had just gotten there from Bank of America down the street where customer service had exceeded every expectation a person can have. The banker at Bank of America & the MANAGER of this bank were a night and day difference in professionalism. Everything was going smoothly until the manager Jake asked my husband for documents proving he was a resident of IL (due to the fact that his drivers license is from Texas - we recently just moved) This was no issue for us to do this, but the internet connection was so poor that loading the pdf file was taking much longer than we needed it to. While I was waiting for this proof of residency to load, the manager decides to tell my husband to come back tomorrow & they would handle it then. Everything was FINE & there were no “red flags” until he had to wait on this pdf file. My husband explained to the manager that he couldn’t come back tomorrow morning & explained to him he could drive 5 minutes down the street to go home & grab a physical copy of the document because the pdf was struggling to open. The manager then rudely asks my husband “What are you doing tomorrow that you can’t come here?” He had no right to ask us personal questions in the manner in which he did. But either way, my husband continues to tell him that due to the fact that we are truck drivers and are leaving to go on the road tomorrow, we cannot come into the branch tomorrow so we needed this account to be opened today. The manager then decides he will not open the account AT ALL because “there are red flags to him” at the same time the pdf has finally loaded to show proof of residency. He told me personally that the red flag of “fraudulent account” was due to the fact that my husbands license was out of state & the pdf wasn’t opening to prove he is a residence in IL. I HAD THE PROOF RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS EYES & he refused to even look at it. He acted like a child who was angry that he didn’t get his way and refused to do anything. He refused to open the account & told us we would receive a call within 48 hours regarding if they will open the account or not. RIDICULOUS & so unprofessional. I am SO offended that this kind of situation would ever take place as my husband has banked with other banks for YEARS & never had a single issue especially not any issues with fraud. This manager discriminated against my husband today simply because he has an accent and this manager made some kind of image of my husband is his head. My husband provided all documentation regarding his company & his identity. Just because ONE pdf file took a while to load doesn’t mean my husband is committing any kind of fraud. This is so unethical and unprofessional of this MANAGER. I will be expecting an apology from him as soon as I have gotten a hold of his regional manager because this is unacceptable. We literally wasted 45 minutes today in this branch. What a shame that a MANAGER would behave like this, all while not even wearing a mask (his mask was on his desk) like their doors state you have to have on & having no identification tag on that stated his name or position.
