Interesting cave... Read a lot about it, but was anticlimactic as it abruptly narrows and end within a few feet. To make it more interesting climb the rocks on the side of the cave... The nearby Lower Cascade Falls is more interesting.

Such a great place! Historical beauty just waiting to be found. Easy trail to the cave. To get to the cave, go RIGHT from the parking lot. The sign to the cave is small! If you go left, you will find the beautiful trail …but you won’t find the cave. 😂

Easy to get to if you drive to the Tories Den parking lot. It has some historical significance via the Revolutionary War if that interests you. There are a couple displays that explain the significance at the parking lot. There are some pretty cool waterfalls there also. The day was a cold and foggy, rainy day in December when I hiked the trail from Hanging Rock's Visitors Center. The pictures may have been better on a clear day.

It's not a long hike and the history is more interesting than the cave. I wouldn't go up just to visit Torys den but it's fun to take a side trip to visit.
