Can't imagine why they wouldn't allow pets. Adopted a sweet fur baby from a resident because she was told she had a week to get rid of her. So sad! Policy needs to be amended.

Lived here myself with husband about 10 years. It's clean feels safe even after dark. I feel they need more dumpsters as many homes and people live here.

Great place to live! Awesome and friendly neighbors. Every time i have had something that needed to be done at my place the landlord always has someone there to fix it within hours! He is a great guy and we Love it here.

Our application process does check credit and criminal. Credit history is important and a previous eviction may be damaging.
