Package was not delivered to my house. Cannot locate or talk to someone from this location so driver can explain where it was delivered. 3 neighbors confirmed no UPS was in this around my address today. I was home, not one person knocked on my door or rang the doorbell. I went outside at 5:35 and there was no package that they claimed was delivered at 5:13. They should be required to take a photo for proof of delivery and at the very least, contact you when you call shortly after to locate the package. Pathetic service and the driver lied.

This is a major business advantage for us! First off it is MUCH closer to us than the UPS store. Secondly it is open for just two hours but its 6PM to 8PM! Perfect for procrastinators like myself. 👍🏽 The down side is during that time frame they are hustling getting packages on the truck to get them out to the airport so everyone there is BUSY. Please be patient because the clerk is often in the back helping get those packages out! I suggest printing your shipping label ahead of time to save yourself some time and if you don't need a receipt, you can just leave your packages in the lobby area. They will still get shipped out. But if you can't make your own label, they can help with that on the spot. Parking is a bit tight and at times it can get busy, but I still prefer this over the UPS store.
