The food is normally good. Some of the staff are awesome! Some of the staff should not be in this industry. House keeping keeps the place pretty clean. Reception is nice. Some of the CNA's & nurses leave my wife in a wet diaper for hours, unless I am here. One of the PA overrides patients wishes, violating the patients bill of rights. 1 of the nurses confiscated our vitamin supplements & refused to return them to me until the doctor / PA or pharmacist approves them, even though one nurse already had them approved & I said I would take them home to simplify things. Their handbook says a patient can administer their own medication, but the staff say have to give it to the patient. 1 day they sent my wife to a hospital appointment with someone else's medication list leading to a dr. to prescribe her the wrong medicine. The nursing / care staff here is poorly trained on the PurWick collection system & often fail to connect it correctly, making my wife wet & uncomfortable, making more work for them. They are understaffed. The Exec. Admin. is verbally responsive and states he / they will address the issues, but I doubt he / they can fix industry wide issues. The Ombudsman and an ambulance guy said this is one of the better facilities. Sad. If you can recuperate at home, that is best or plan to have someone at the facility as much as possible.

I would give this place 0 stars but they make u give at least 1. This place is a disgrace and no one does thier job. Meds are 2 hours late or more. My loved one is left in filth and disarray. I do EVERYTHING for them. WHERE'S MY PAYCHECK? Staff are judgemental and ignorant of people of bigger sizes. My loved one is not accommodated in the least bit! Care one should be ashamed. Do better!

Awful. In my family's opinion, their negligence contributed to my father's death in August 2021. The state has taken our complaint serious and is currently investigating the issue. I would strongly recommend taking anyone you care about FAR from this place. My brother Ryan left the whole story as a review on Yelp 8/24/2021. I cannot cut and paste for whatever reason but it's worth a read. And I see many others with similar stories. Negligence, mocking patients, denying them comfort items, short staffed, cutting corners at your lives one's expense.etc.The lack of care and respect for our elders is sickening. I'm sure it goes on at other facilities but I can only comment on my family's own experience. RIP Dad, you didn't deserve this ending.

My mother was being cared for at CareOne in Weymouth for over two weeks. I cannot say enough good things about the people I came in contact with on a daily basis. They don't have an easy job, especially in a pandemic. From the person signing me in, to all the servers and caretakers and social workers, they made my life a lot easier and made my mother comfortable during her stay.

My Dad is there. No food complaints but I get it. He is always cold so he bundles up anyways. I see the staff wearing layers so I am sure that is part of the temp. He complained about not seeing name tags. His nurse explained that they have to put on gowns & take them off everytime they go in & that covers the tags. Everyone in different wings could have a different experience with staff, roommates and smells from nearby rooms for certain. His pain was his biggest complaint. Once I got to speak to his nurse we got it straightened out quick. Everything is slower and more difficult with this virus around. I can say his nurses and Diane in the office have been wonderful in communicating with us. We had a terrible experience in a place in Middleboro that is considered wonderful. You are your mom's best advocate. Find out what the roadblocks are and get them moved. Good luck my friend. I wish her well.

This is a place you dump people you don't want to live. The staff there are so brazen in terms of being neglectful & uncaring that they will deny their mistreats of patients even when they get caught broad dailight. I don't recommend this facility to anyone whom actually care for their loved ones.
