This is a great bank! The employees are the best!! Karina help us set up an account, and she was so helpful and nice!! Sadie is also very friendly! Wells Fargo is the best bank to go to and they make it very easy!!

Wells Fargo used to be so good, I was with them for nearly 10 years, but thankfully got away. From the hidden fees and unhelpfulness from so many employees. Also the local branch is incredibly slow. I would never recommend doing business with them. And Wells Fargo at large. Plenty of other banks and credit unions. If you haven't left yet, run!

This bank has screwed us over so many times. It is horrible at communicating with its members. They always had spelling errors on our cards. They charged us twice for a purchase that we bought and refused to refund us. They are absolutely horrible. They have a lot of systems that will not allow you to spend your money using their accounts. Would not recommend.

I left Wells Fargo many years ago because of their customer service and fees. I am writing this review for my 88 year old mother and the treatment that she received at the Rexburg branch. My mother went into the Rexburg branch on December 11, 2020. She only needed a quick question answered about routing numbers and how to have funds deposited electronically. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to answer her questions. When she got there another gentleman entered at the same time. The man behind the desk answered his question and sent him to another area in the bank for help. He obviously didn't have an appointment. My mother stepped up and the man refused to help her because she didn't have an appointment at said that she would have to wait for a teller. She ended up waiting at least 10 minutes for a teller who didn't even answer her question. She came back later in the afternoon for help and asked a woman if she could help her. The woman asked if she had an appointment. When my mother said she didn't the woman told her that she would need to make an appointment and walked away. My mother said that they were all very rude. She was very upset. Why they couldn't take the time to help an 88 year old woman who isn't very "tech- savvy" I don't know. Where is their kindness and compassion for a fellow human being? Where is their respect for the elderly? She has been a customer since the 1960's. It would have only take a minute for them to help her. We took our business to Mountain America. They were absolutely wonderful! They were very kind and you didn't need to make an appointment!! We will be taking our business elsewhere and anybody reading this should as well.
