OH MAN - Where do I begin to start a review on Laurie, her team, and her law firm? I had a very complex, life alternating, event happen to me which required me needing to hire a legal team. At the time I was 22 and had no idea which direction to turn or how to even go about anything regarding a legal team. Laurie instantly held my hand and guided me through all the loops, hurdles, and every turn the case took throughout 7 years. Her staff is extremely knowledgeable, personable, caring and really became like a 2nd family over time. From communication to details in the case, from the initial consultation to the final medication and getting the case to settlement , they were on top of their game. Our experience with Triangle Law Group was absolutely fantastic. The entire team impressed us with their professionalism and dedication to us as clients. They listened to the specific issues of our situation as well as our personal concerns. They remained engaged with us throughout the ongoing and deteriorating situation we were having with our custom build; and continuously provided us with the information, options and sound recommendations to make our decisions going forward. Our attorney was; professional, knowledgeable, ethical and steadfast throughout our case. She always took the time to educate us on the legal processes, timelines, and future costs, as well as what potential actions and outcomes might be expected from the opposing party. By keeping us so well informed it helped us with expectation management and prevented any unexpected surprises. The number of issues and severity of the problems associated with our custom home build highlighted the situation in which our builder was not fulfilling the contract. Without legal representation on our side to hold the builder accountable both the; completion of the build and the structural integrity of our dream custom home were in jeopardy. Bottom line, we were being taken advantage of by a deceptive dishonest builder and our dream home build became an absolute nightmare. The legal process can be confusing, exhausting and intimidating especially for clients like us that were being wronged by a general contractor.
