It's a historic building. It was built around 1862. And it's in the heart of the old district in Nevada City. So the location is great, even beautiful. The food is better than decent. I would say it's not special, but whoever prepares it cares about what they're doing and the ingredients are decent. It has a fun atmosphere, and live music. Has an interesting mix of people that look quite affluent and people that do not. I'm not sure I would say go to this area for this establishment, I would say go to the area and enjoy many of the establishments including this one.

Good Salmon burgers and Fish and Chips. Good entertainment. But raised prices SO HIGH i dont go there at all. 18.00$ fish and chips. This aint San Francisco! Rediculous!
