You could go down there pick a number they're not that busy there's not that big of a line I know that I went down there and got a copy of my birth certificate and I was in and out of there pretty fast or I believe you can go on c4yourself.com and request a new replacement

Adult Protective Services is the contact if they are eligible to Medical. If they are not eligible to Medical, they can dial 211 to find in- home care providers in the area.
