The owner of the store was very rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, I brought my kayak in to have the back brace replaced. My boat sat in their storage for weeks. They just never could get around to fixing the simple repair. Several years later, August of 2022, I went in to the store to order a part for my Hobie kayak and the owner took down my information and said he would order the part. I emailed the owner two weeks later and he never replied. I called a week later and the owner said everything was backed up and I would need to learn to be more patient. He was extremely curt. I expressed to the owner i did not appreciate his tone and he called me a punk. WOW! Needless to say, I canceled my order and called Hobie Directly. They had the part in stock and it was at my door 4 days later. Will never recommend River Runners to anyone.

Called at 10:30 from Congaree and we were on the river at noon. So accommodating ! Equipment was great, delivery and pick up effortless. Well worth it ! A pleasure doing business with these guys !

Awesome experience renting from river runner! Great prices, easy pickup and drop off, equipment in great shape, and friendly and helpful staff :) we were able to go see the spider Lilly bloom at Lansford State Park

This is the friendliest, most accommodating, canoe rental business. We called, very much last minute, for rentals to drive to congaree. The owner was more than accommodating and got us all set up with everything we needed. The boats were also very clean. 5 star for sure. Thank you so much!
