Customer service is horrible!! The management continues to change the rules and doesn’t provide notice. Gate is never open when they say it will be. Sign still says open daily from 6am to 10 pm 7 days a week, contract says same thing. Now they tell us it is only open 9:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday, closed on weekends. So if you work a job, you cannot access your units! They have had a broken gate for over 3 months! They chain it shut and you cannot get to your stuff. They claim it is corporate’s fault, who then says it is local management responsibility. Then when you complain about the gate, they raise the rates $60 extra a month.
