Great service from a cashier who's name tag said Matt. They have good selections and I love the warm big pretzels when they have them! I also love The fresh blueberry donuts that they have.

If I could give this Cumberland farms a negative star status I would. They deserve a negative 100 out of a hundred. The night manger is so rude on two separate visits he came off as a manager who feels every customer and employee should like the ground he walks on. One visit there was at least twenty people inline and he stood there staring at his cashier dealt with the line and when asked if he could open the other register he replied yes and stood there with his arms crossed and stared. The other occasion I was walking from the back of the store to the frozen drink bar and he stood in the way talking and refused to move and gave little room to go around to the machines. I think if there was another store open 24 hours they would lose business just from this one man who has no business being a manager let alone working with the public

Gloversville Cumberland Farms, "Cumbies" for the locals is a great stop and shop for just about anything. Best prices in town for gas, plus the Smart Pay discount which is great. They always have a wide variety of hot and cold self serve beverages for under a dollar, and many hot and cold prepared foods ready for people on the go. Also a little bit of everything else that convenient stores have. Definitely worth a stop. EDIT: Gloversville Cumberland Farms has turned into a cesspool. Do SOMETHING, ANYTHING with the restroom for the love of God !! And the loitering you've got in front of your store, are you kidding me? How can you even allow that. I try not to go in anymore, pay at pump because of that rudeness. Clean up your act Cumberland Farms ! My original review for Cumberland Farms in Gloversville NY was from several years ago, it needs an update. I only buy my gas from here, never get it anywhere else. As of 6/22 they have done something with their gas ⛽. I use to get 30mpg, always! The last three times I've topped off I'm only getting 21mpg at best 😡 Nothing different add far as driving style or ac running. I'm driving as economically as I've always done. There is no doubt in my mind that they have changed their fuel. Very very unhappy customer!!

Rude customer service and my mother ask why coffee coming out as water. When I pay for two pizza and soda. Then ask for her if she can give me back my Change back why because I didn’t want to grab behind glass shield . If I could give them 0 stars I would they be lucky to have 1 at all
