WOW- No roadside assistance help and no response from the Enterprise team to resolve the flat tire we are still driving around for 2 days. Perhaps someone will read this review, perhaps not. After a lengthy call w Enterprise 2 days ago, I was assured this issue would be escalated and resolved, and that full size SUV would be available for exchange. I was told I would be receiving a call from Enterprise which never happened. I’m having to put air in this tire every few hours with a bike pump, and we do not feel safe driving the vehicle with our children. The tire was leaking when we picked it up as was indicated in marker on the window of the truck?? Why were we allowed to drive this vehicle, further the truck bed was filthy (photo) and no attempt was made to clean it out when we picked it up. Our luggage had to be cleaned upon arrival to our vacation home and I spent the morning on day one of my vacation cleaning the truck bed. I will await your response, resolution and we respectfully request some refund of the near $1k we paid to rent this vehicle. - Bart Miller
