I used their service. Both Andy and Larry were great. Top notch work ethic. Always wanting to get each customer to the front of the line. While being completely thorough with each repair. He is my number 1 Lawn Mower Repair. If I could give him 10 stars I would

Man I rode around all over Raleigh looking for a repair shop to even look at my shed mover (mini forklift). After striking out with the big names, google brought me to Clark’s II. The young man that answered the phone sounded confident that they could fix the problem and said bring it in. So I was there within the hour to drop it off assuming I wouldn’t see it for days or weeks. Less than two hours later they called and said come pick it up we have it ready. Now that’s service! And I will be back. Great guys over there. Price not too bad either.

Delivery person picking up and returning my mower was very helpful and professional. The work on my riding lawn mower was excellent. The price is right, and quality of work is outstanding. I know I had an older, not top of the line mower and it needed more work than an oil change. I recommend taking you riding lawn mower for maintenance and repairs. For some of the reviews about customer service, rudeness, I think the customer service is pretty, pretty good. When you call Clarks or visit the location think of Clint Eastwood’s character in Gran Torino, Basketball’s Bobby Knight, or Bill Belichick. He does not mean any harm, again he’s still providing a high level of quality work, he among the best at what he does; you will be hard press to find the level of workmanship that will be applied to your riding lawn mower!

Bad attitude. Told me I was wasting his time. I don't recommend.
