Hello Carolyn, it depends on the product. I would suggest trying our 1000mg or 2000mg CBD Muscle Cream. However, muscle cramps may also be due to dehydration and/or a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium malate or citrate would be the best options. Let me know if you have any other questions. John
