I purchased bolts and nuts from from them about 2 weeks ago. Stainless steel to be exact. The bolts and nuts were not exactly correct. When I went to install them the bolts seized up and you could not tighten all the way, I actually had to cut them off. I took them back to Wilders to see what we could do about this. The young man there saw what was happening and said that he could give me a stone credit. All of a sudden the LOUD mouth store manager who has no idea what he is talking about spoke up and said it was your fault. How in the hell that was is beyond me. They would not return my money nor did I get a store credit. BE VERY AWARE when going here they don't offer refunds even when there is clearly a problem with there product. YoU have Been warned just go to Lowes or some other hardware store they have just a good inventory and also more respectful. Also prices are way cheaper!
