Yes they do

Do they take the confidential bins away and replace with empty bins? Or do they dump the bins at your site and leave same containers

You can request to keep the same container/bin or you can request a swap, on residential trash cans they usually just pick up the can and dump it and set it back down

It has to be a contractor to bring it in due to safety reasons with all the big trucks coming in you can take it to hanes mill landfill

Yes and the will even take your trash and sift through your it anything personal information you have in there. Then stiff you on your recycling
