Waited 20 minutes before the order was even taken. Paid for drinks and then told only drink was lemonade and tea. Should say something before ordering. The employee was flipping between phone calls,while slowly cutting our meat. Terrible service.

We tried to call our order in, starting from the time we left home (about 15 minutes away), until we pulled up into the parking lot. No one answered the phone. When we walked in the store, the lady at the front was on a personal call. She didn’t even acknowledge that we had entered. We had to wait another (about) 5 minutes until she finished her phone call. We ordered our food, and another employee came out of the bathroom, looking like she had been asleep. We received our order, and attempted to ask a third employee if we could have some more salad dressing. She first rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away. Then she turned to look at us like we were annoying her. We just said forget it, and walked out of the store. My husband goes to this establishment often, and it’s always the same attitudes, and poor customer service. We will not be retuning.

My co-worker thought his food was good. Mine... I managed to eat a couple bites. They brought it out and I asked about the fries and "oh I forgot, I'll drop them now" which is fine, we all make mistakes.... But we were the only two customers.

Bad service, girl taking the orders ack like she is depressed and hates to be at work. No manners at all. Ordered a club, it has no roast beef, no mayonnaise. Just tasted terrible. I paid $20 for 2 subs and they are both bad. Y’all need to step up your game. It used to be better but now it’s worst than ever.
