This is located near a large gated community with only one road in and out. What a beautiful area, and located next to the Sacramento River, there are plenty of hiking spots. I only recommend going to this area if you know someone who lives in the community. There isn’t anywhere to park on the public road.

Beautiful. Love the wildlife. Deer, friendly people. Great community and resources within the secure, gated community. Relaxing and feels like a vacation with lake, pool, private community clubhouse, restaurants, store, airfield, horse stables, private boat launch. Easy access to I-5, near Redding and Mt Shasta. Perfect for the outdoor person, family, retirees, etc. Too many pics to post. Goggle it.

Lake california run of their own water, from a company called Alto Rio I think. I am on a septic, which i think most are.
